3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Consultations and on-site visits require prior scheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may incur cancellation fees.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service fees are outlined in our service catalog or as quoted during consultation. Payments are required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice to clients.

5. Warranty and Liability

We offer a 6-month warranty on our troubleshooting and repair services. This warranty covers the effectiveness of our solutions under normal usage conditions but excludes failures caused by third-party hardware or software modifications.

wucuqee’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We disclaim any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or interruptions.
